Frequently Asked Questions

Who are the attendees?
Kampalooza will be marketing to over 150,000 families.  Parents, grandparents, guardians, students and children will be researching your camps throughout the day at the event.  The doors will open at 10am and close at 4pm.

How will the Kampalooza event benefit my company?
Since there isn’t anything like this in our area, your company’s presence will enable you to market your program directly to a targeted audience of parents and children who are looking for a summer programs.

The day after the event, a list of exhibitors will be posted (with links) to the Kampalooza website so attendees and others who did not have a chance to come, can still find out about the camps your company offers.

Out of town exhibitors
We will be reserving a block of rooms for exhibitors at a negotiated rate.  Please feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.  A list of hotels to choose from will be sent to you after you register.

Marketing and Publicizing
There are over 150,000 families in the greater Plano and surrounding areas who all look for creative ways to keep kids engaged and active over the summer.  Word of mouth doesn’t get information very far and by not having a local option to explore and interact we have created an event to showcase camps in depth with their representatives.

We will be sending letters home with children in 7 independent school districts and target 225,000 children.  Through social media, local business and schools, our flyers will be publicized through the metroplex.
