Booth Options and Information
Kampalooza allows only one booth per camp and one company per booth.
Credit cards and checks will be accepted. The deadline for reserving a booth is approaching very soon for printing purposes.
The fee includes:
• A booth with a 8’x 8’ space with black pipe and drape separation, a 6’ uncovered table
and two chairs, and a booth number sign.
• Two box lunches with meat and vegetarian option.
• A listing in the event directory.
• Student and parent volunteers may be able to assist with set-up and take-down.
We are unable to provide surge protectors for booths with electricity. If you are bringing a computer or other sensitive equipment, we ask that you bring your own surge protector.
Please note that booths are assigned as a first come first booth option.
At the end of the event, this website will list all of the vendors through the end of August, 2017 to still drum up more business for anyone who could not make the event.
Cancellation Policy: Fees are refundable only for cancellations made by Friday, December 30, 2016. There will be partial refunds for cancellations made after that date, only if the spot is re-booked.
