Exhibitor Online Registration & Payment

Reservations are accepted and booths are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 120 CAMPS.

Once the booth maximum is reached, a wait list will be assembled. Online reservations may be accepted after January 24th however your may only be listed.

Payment and Registration deadline is Friday, December 30, 2016. We're accepting online payments only.

Kampalooza reserves the right to refuse any and all booth applications.  Once your application is accepted, more information will be emailed to all exhibitors in the beginning of February.

Cancellation Policy *
Fees are refundable only for cancellations made by December 15, 2016. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after that date no matter the circumstance.
